About Us
Isorropia Foundation is a mental health and wellbeing organisation based on the Isle of Wight. We strive to empower individuals to transform their wellbeing and reach their full potential.
Our Core Values
Isorropia Foundation’s ‘Model of Wellbeing’ outlines 5 key areas that we believe are fundamental in attaining and maintaining positive wellbeing. These are:
Create the Foundations of Stability
Develop a Balanced & Healthy Lifestyle
Embrace Acceptance & Letting Go
Adopt an Open & Positive Mindset
Connect to Meaning & Purpose in Life
Our core values tie in closely with these ‘5 Keys’ to ensure both our team and our members experience an environment that is conducive to positive wellbeing.
Respect
We believe in fostering a culture of mutual respect demonstrated by actively listening to individual perspectives, honouring their autonomy, and valuing their unique strengths and contributions. We strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where all individuals feel seen, heard, and respected for who they are. This also extends to our relationships with colleagues, partners, and the community at large.
Compassion
Isorropia Foundation has intentionally built a team with lived experiences. This enables us to provide a level of understanding and insight that goes beyond textbook knowledge. We listen with empathy and without judgment. It’s this compassionate approach that sets us apart and allows us to make a meaningful connections with our members.
Non-judgement
We recognise that everyone’s journey is unique, and we believe in meeting each person where they are, free from judgment or stigma. By upholding the value of non-judgment, we strive to create a space where individuals feel valued, understood, and empowered to seek the help they need without fear of being judged. It’s about building trust, nurturing compassion, and fostering healing relationships that promote growth and resilience.
Empowerment
Through education, support, and encouragement, we empower members to make informed decisions, build resilience, and achieve their fullest potential. Likewise, within our team, we encourage continuous growth and development, providing training and opportunities for our team to expand their skills and pursue their passions.
Transparency
At Isorropia Foundation, we celebrate a culture of openness and honesty, empowering each member to embrace transparency as a catalyst for personal growth and fulfilment. Likewise, as an organisation, we are committed to remaining open and transparent, ensuring clarity in our offerings and operations.
