This week from the 1st-7th March is Eating disorders awareness week-Although we know eating disorders are not around for just a week and we should always be vigilant and talking about them .
Over the coming week we will be releasing a series of videos, talking about eating disorders and raising awareness.
The more we can share these the more people we can reach.
Here is a snapshot of my story.
Please, if you feel you need support with your eating, if you have concerns about your weight, shape, your body image, if it effects you negatively and impacts your wellbeing-seek support. There ARE people who will listen. You DO NOT have to go through this alone.
