Hey! I’m Kay, I’m a creative individual who also likes a good sing. l have a passion for helping people, listening, caring and being encouraging. Life is like one big journey with its ups and downs, both of which are ok. Along the way you’ll meet people who may be acquaintances, some may become colleagues and even friends. Sometimes things happen and we don’t always know why especially at the time, or we think it’s the worst thing ever. For me personally coming out the other side and realising that things happen for a reason is a very comforting feeling.
My Isorropia journey started with me becoming a member. I was anxious. Eventually I started engaging with them, that was the best thing I could have ever done, it opened so many doors. With my lived experience of mental health, I am both grateful and proud to now be a wellbeing coach and looking forward to meeting members and helping them find their meaning and purpose.
